This website is run by BRISK DIGITAL SOLUTIONS - FZCO [registered address - to confirm], the company behind While You Wait (“wyw”, “we”). We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and analytics only runs if you say yes.

what we collect

• Things you send us. When you book a demo, make an investor enquiry or contact us, we receive what you type into the form: your name, role, venue or event, email address and message.
• Analytics - only with your consent. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics 4 tells us how the site is used: pages visited, rough location, device type. If you decline, none of it loads and no analytics cookies are set.
• Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, may process IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site.

how we use it

• To reply to you, arrange demos, and hold investor conversations.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• Nothing else. No selling, no advertising lists, no surprises.

where it lives

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our hosting provider) and delivered to our team inbox. Analytics data, when you consent, is processed by Google. We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

how long we keep it

Form submissions: as long as the conversation is live, then we clear them out periodically. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard settings (around 14 months).

your choices and rights

• You can decline analytics entirely - the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind any time on the cookies page.
• You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: email hello@whileyouwait.io.
