These terms cover this website, whileyouwait.io. By using it you agree to them. They are short, because the queue free philosophy applies to legal pages too.
Using while you wait at a venue is a different thing, with its own terms shown to you in the app before you order. Nothing on this page changes those.
who we are
while you wait is a trading name of Brisk Digital Solutions FZCO, licence 86327, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. When we say we, us or wyw, that is who we mean.
using the site
The site is here to tell you what while you wait is and to let you book a demo, ask a question or apply for a job. Use it for that.
Do not try to break it, probe it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not put anything into our forms that is not yours to share.
our content
The while you wait name, the logo, the design, the illustrations, the film and the words are ours. You are welcome to read, link and share. If you want to reuse any of it commercially, ask first at hello@whileyouwait.io.
what the site is not
Everything here is general information, offered as is. It is not an offer to contract, not investment advice and not a promise that the product is available at any given venue or on any given date. The investors page is an invitation to talk, nothing more. A demo booking is a request for a conversation, not a commitment on either side.
liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, or from not being able to use it. We keep it up and accurate as best we can. We do not promise it is always either.
links elsewhere
Some links go to other people’s sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what is on them.
changes
We will update these terms when we need to. The current version lives at this address with the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the change.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over anything arising from them.
